This whole thing started out as a HP diagnostic tool not working properly and now one of my PC's has crashed and is useless. To abbreviate this narrative I tried all of these options and they all ran in a circle back to the Automatic Repair program attempting to start Windows 10. Also that same blue screen gave me two options, namely "Shut down" and "Advanced options" I selected the Advanced options button which opened another blue page that displayed threeĪdditional Options namely "Continue", "Troubleshoot", and "Turn off your PC". Popped up displaying this message "Automatic Repair couldn't Repair your PC". The Automatic Repair program started up, but after about five minutes a blue screen The computer started the start-up routine but Windows 10 never started. I disabled my antivirus soft ware (Norton) and then attempted to start one of my PC's in Safe Mode.
